Temper Enchant strength values adjusted: Provides 1% more damage per HP point (Was 5%) each level now adds 1% onto this effect (was 5%)

Reworked Rage enchant, now can be up to level 5 each level adding 0.1 seconds to the effect after hit along with increasing the chance of it triggering by 2.5%

Reworked Stopping Force Enchant Max level now 2 (was 3) Knockback reduction per level reduced from 20% to 5% Knockback Reduction now chance based (50% Chance to reduce knockback)

Explosive Arrows enchant Reworked Chance to trigger increased from 2% to 100% Power decreased from 1 to 0.4, gains 0.2 more power per level

Rocket Enchant reworked Trigger chance now 25% (was 2% per level)

Enchant can now only be found on Treasure items

Glass Breaker enchant weight reduced

Tunnel enchant weight reduced

Wither Enchant now provides a flat 10% Trigger chance (Was base 4% and + 3% per level)
